Management of Levetiracetam induced anxiety disorder (Chittodwega) using Gorakhmundi (Sphaeranthus indicus Linn) Ghana vati: A case report
This case report presents a 50-year-old female with levetiracetam-induced anxiety, characterized by symptoms like palpitation, irritability, and sleep disturbances. Treated with Gorakhmundi ghana vati for two months, the patient showed complete remission of anxiety symptoms. Assessments using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Ayurvedic psychological evaluation demonstrated significant improvement, highlighting Ayurveda’s effectiveness in managing drug-induced anxiety in epileptic patients.

Management of male pattern hair loss (androgenic alopecia) through Ayurveda multimodal approach: A case report
This case study presents the management of male pattern hair loss (Androgenic Alopecia) using Ayurvedic Shamana therapy. The treatment focused on drugs with Keshya, Rakta shuddhikara, and Rasayana properties. Assessment using the Severity of Alopecia Tool scale showed significant improvement in hair growth and density, offering a promising, safe alternative to conventional treatments for AGA without adverse effects.
