Refund Policy
AyurCDS operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription basis, providing access to our premium platform.
1. No Refunds on Subscription Fees After Service Has Started

All subscription payments (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun and access to the platform has been granted.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that the service is delivered immediately upon payment.
2. Prorated Refunds (Annual Plans Only – Special Cases)

If you have an active annual subscription and wish to cancel mid-term, we do not offer automatic prorated refunds except in the certain cases.

In the rare cases, we will calculate and refund the unused portion (prorated monthly) minus any applicable payment processing fees.
3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@ayurcds.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until then.

No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Failed Payments & Overdue Accounts

We do not issue refunds for periods when access was suspended due to failed or declined payments.
5. Changes to Pricing or Plans

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

Price changes do not entitle you to a refund.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
