Refund Policy

AyurCDS operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription basis, providing access to our premium platform.

 

 

1. No Refunds on Subscription Fees After Service Has Started

  • All subscription payments (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun and access to the platform has been granted.

  • By subscribing, you acknowledge that the service is delivered immediately upon payment.

2. Prorated Refunds (Annual Plans Only – Special Cases)

  • If you have an active annual subscription and wish to cancel mid-term, we do not offer automatic prorated refunds except in the certain cases.​

  • In the rare cases, we will calculate and refund the unused portion (prorated monthly) minus any applicable payment processing fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@ayurcds.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until then.

  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Failed Payments & Overdue Accounts

  • We do not issue refunds for periods when access was suspended due to failed or declined payments.

5. Changes to Pricing or Plans

  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

  • Price changes do not entitle you to a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund (When Eligible)

  • Email support@ayurcds.com (mailto:support@ayurcds.com) with:

    • Your full name and registered email

    • Reason for the refund request

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
