MIDAS and NPR scores improved significantly, showcasing Ayurveda's efficacy in migraine management through personalized Dosha assessment and targeted therapies like Siravyadha and Nasya at the right disease stage.

Management of a patient of hypertriglyceridemia with Benign Prostate Hyperplasia through integrative medicine - A case report
A 60-year-old male with Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) and Hypertriglyceridemia (839 mg/dL) was treated using Ayurvedic principles focusing on Srotas. Varanadi Kashaya and Shilajitvadi Bati were administered, reducing triglycerides to 283 mg/dL and improving urinary symptoms. Over 1.5 years, Vastyamayantaka Ghritam was added, showing consistent improvement. This highlights the efficacy of kidney-targeted Ayurvedic treatments for obesity-related urinary and lipid Disorder, addressing Medovaha and Mutravaha Srotas.

Treatment of early-stage diabetic nephropathy with Siddha drug Sirupeelai Kudineer: A case series
Diabetic Nephropathy, a major complication of Diabetes Mellitus, can be detected early via urinary microalbumin, ACR, and GFR. Early intervention can delay progression. A case study treated four patients with Sirupeelai Kudineer, a Siddha formulation. Results showed improved CKD QOL, reduced blood urea, and stabilized serum creatinine and GFR, indicating its nephroprotective potential. It may complement hypoglycemic drugs in managing Diabetic Nephropathy.

Prophylactic Ayurveda treatment for episodic cluster headache – A Case Report
A 13-year Episodic Cluster Headache (ECH) case, with severe annual attacks, was effectively treated using Ayurveda. Treatments included Jaloukavacharana (leech therapy), Kumkumadighrita Nasya, and oral medications like Drakshadi Kashaya. Post-treatment, the patient reported no headaches, with HIT-6 and CHIQ scores significantly improved, and DASS-21 scores normalized. This approach prevented recurrence, enhanced quality of life, and had no side effects.

Effect of Ayurveda and Siddha interventions in the management of chronic lymphocytic leukemia: A case report
A 46-year-old male with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) presented with recurrent infections, fatigue, and edema. Treated with Ayurveda (Rajayakshma) and Siddha (Kuruthiputru) therapies, including Shamana Chikitsa, Mridu Virechana, and Rasayanas, he showed reduced infection frequency, improved performance, and a significant drop in TLC counts over 10 months. Integrated Ayurveda-Siddha approaches may enhance quality of life and stabilize hematological parameters in CLL patients
